What To Expect When Working With Me

Everyone wants to be healthy and to feel their best. However, I understand that getting to that point is often confusing, frustrating and expensive. It can feel impossible to understand all of the options that are out there, and how to choose which is best for you. I experienced this frustration myself when making my own lifestyle changes 5 years ago. In an effort to understand my own symptoms and feel better, I learned that everyone has different needs and that there is no one way of eating or living that will be best for everybody. For these reasons, I have created my nutrition coaching packages to be gradual, simple and personalized. I understand that everyone has a unique starting point in their health journey, and my goal is to meet you at that point, and work with you to move forward and reach your health goals. 


Investing in a Holistic Nutritionist is a great way to kick start a healthy lifestyle change and be sure that you are doing what is right for your health. I can provide you with valuable insight about the reason behind many symptoms you are experiencing, potential health issues or deficiencies, and provide you with a plan to improve your overall well being. 


Let me break down exactly what to expect when you work with me:


  • First, you will choose the package that works best for you. I offer services for both individuals and couples and my packages include 4 sessions, which are scheduled over time based on your schedule and progress.


  • Before your first appointment, I will ask you to complete a 3-day food journal so that I have a general idea of your starting point and current habits. When we meet, we will review this information along with other details of your lifestyle, preferences and health history. Lastly, you will complete a symptom assessment that will help me to gain a deeper understanding of any underlying health issues, food sensitives, or conditions that may be contributing to symptoms you experience.  This appointment is an excellent opportunity to ask questions and inform me of your specific preferences or limitations with regard to starting a lifestyle change.


  • Your second appointment will typically take place a week after our initial meeting. At this time, I will present you with your personalized plan, which will include a meal plan with recipes, personalized supplement recommendations and lifestyle change suggestions. We will discuss a realistic timeline for implementing each element and go over the specifics of your plan. If any underlying health issues that are identified, I will also provide you with additional information and resources on the topic.


  • The goal of your third meeting will be to check in and assess your progress. This is an opportunity for us to make adjustments if needed, or to add further recommendations. This meeting will typically take place 3-4 weeks after you receive your plan from me.


  • Finally, the fourth meeting is an opportunity for us to plan for your success moving forward. We will re-assess your symptomology and review the progress that you have made.  Throughout the time that we work together and beyond, I will be in frequent contact to help answer questions that come up and provide support where you need it!



All of my packages are completely personalized to your individual or couple needs and lifestyle. I also use an integrative approach and where appropriate, I will refer you to other holistic health practitioners in the area. Click here to see what is included in each package.
