Raspberry Overnight Oats


If you're looking for a delicious & simple breakfast, here it is!

Not only are they yummy, but by soaking the oats overnight, they are easy to digest and are full of complex carbohydrates which help to balance blood sugar and keep you full for longer. I also love that you can change up the flavors to your taste! Add hemp hearts, nuts, chia seeds, coconut or change up the fruit based on what's in season!

Here's the recipe:

  • 1/3 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • Drizzle of maple syrup to taste

Soak the oats in water overnight in a mason jar. In the morning, drain the excess water and mix in the yogurt, fruit and maple syrup. Add additional toppings if you like! ❤
