Homemade Healthy was created on the idea that we all have almost total control over our health journey and that reaching your health goals is all about finding a lifestyle that works for you and feels good.


I truly believe that health is made at home - with the meals you prepare, the effort you put in, the thoughts in your mind and the choices you make. 


Everyone deserves to experience the benefits of good health and my goal is to educate as many people as possible about how to make healthy changes and choices in their lives. I believe that a healthy lifestyle is about balance and really understanding the impact that your choices have on your health. Once you have that, you can start to create a lifestyle that works for you. 


For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the idea that we can have almost total control over our health and the prevention of illness just by being mindful of what we eat. This concept seems so obvious when you really think about it; the food you eat is literally impacting every cell in your body. 


To me, Holistic Nutrition is about so much more than weight loss. It's about finding what works for you and creating a lifestyle that is easy to follow, in-line with your beliefs, and not limiting or restricting in any way. I don't believe eating well and being healthy is an "all or nothing" situation. It's about making informed choices about what you eat and do, and enjoying life. Holistic Nutrition is also not only about the foods we eat. There are three other critical components of a healthy, balanced lifestyle:

  1.  Movement

  2.  Supplementation

  3.  The Mind-Body Connection


When you work with me, these are all of the things I take into account when developing a lifestyle plan for you. I truly believe that once you have a full understanding of the impact all of these things have on your goals, you will experience real change and success.
